The passage of the Integrity in Public Office (Amendment) Act, 2015 on December 24, 2015 changed the Commission’s composition. I am privileged to have been appointed to the office of Chairman and to work with people in public life who hail from all industries and services and who are daily engaged in making our country run. I am truly grateful for the learning and the opportunity that serving in this capacity affords.

Under section 48(1) of the Integrity in Public Office Act, 2003, No. 6 of 2003, Parliament enacted: the Commission shall as soon as possible but not later than two months after the end of each financial year, make a report to the Minister of its activities in the preceding year and the report shall be tabled in the House of Assembly not later than three months after receiving the report.

In keeping with section 48 of the Integrity in Public Office Act 2003, No. 6 of 2003, I submit the report of the activities of the Commission for the year ended August 31, 2014 to be tabled in the House of Assembly no later than three months after receiving it.

Over the past four years the Commission has made several recommendations for amendments to the Act and the First Schedule thereto and for strengthening its staffing and organisation for the efficient discharge of the prescribed functions under the Act. These recommendations are detailed in the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 Annual Reports to Parliament.

In keeping with section 48 of the Integrity in Public Office Act 2003, No. 6 of 2003, I submit the report of the activities of the Commission for the year ended August 31, 2012 to be tabled in the House of Assembly.

The Integrity Commission of the Commonwealth of Dominica submits the Annual Report to the Minister on its activities for the period ending 31st August, 2011 to be tabled in the House of Assembly within three months of its reception in accordance with Section 48 (1) and (2) of the Integrity in Public Office Act 2003, No.6 of 2003.

The Integrity Commission of the Commonwealth of Dominica submits the Annual Report to the Minister on its activities during its second year of operation to be tabled in the House of Assembly within three months of its reception in accordance with Section 48 (1) and (2) of the Integrity in Public Office Act 2003, No.6 of 2003.

The Integrity Commission of the Commonwealth of Dominica submits the Annual Report on activities during its first year of operation to the Minister in accordance with Section 48 of the Integrity in Public Office Act 2003, No. 6 of 2003.
